Dr. Michelle Post has a broad career that spans more than 25 years in business and technology. She has been teaching in both corporate and now academia on a variety of subjects that include leadership, organizational development, human resource development, marketing, team building and professional development.
Along with her expertise in leadership, management and resource management, Dr. Post posseses strengths in client relations, systems engineering, business and network environments and technology integration, 20+ years of leadership and management experience. She also has a strong technical training background, with experience designing, administering, facilitating and evaluating corporate training courses, training presentations and manuals, on-site and distance learning environments.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Post has created and designed numerous training programs in leadership, professional development, SQL, Perl and other areas, while developing employees for 25% productivity gains. She possesses exceptional communication skills, is experienced designing and delivering learning materials that convey complex concepts in clear terms (1995-present) and is also articulate in writing and in person.
Dr. Post is also noted for her energetic and demonstrative speaking skills, unorthodox ideas for solutions to problems and possessing a high level of behavioral versatility, providing the flexibility and responsiveness needed to handle a variety of situations or work environments.
